Don’t miss our Issue 16 Launch!

Like the crunchy leaves currently drifting from sturdy trees, a crisp new edition of Paper Lanterns Teen and YA Literary Journal is on the way! Issue 16 burns brightly with original art, creative writing, features and book reviews to provide warmth and light on cold, dark evenings.

We’d love you to join us as we celebrate its release on Saturday 11th October at 3pm, at Pearse Street Library,
144 Pearse Street, Dublin 2.

Everyone is welcome to this free event and there will be refreshments and chances to win exciting new YA books too.

Join Us for the Online Launch of Issue 6

Paper Lanterns Issue Six is launching online next week and we’d love if you could join us as we celebrate its release!

Our talented contributors will be sharing their work which includes poetry, prose, book reviews, art and photography.

We’ll be discussing our 2021 short story competition with Tertulia Books in Westport and one of the winners will read an extract from their story.

The launch will be on YouTube Premiere and you can set a reminder here to make sure you don’t miss anything:

Everyone who pre-orders a copy of Issue 6 will be entered into a draw to win a selection of YA books by Irish authors.

Issue 2 Launch and Issue 3 Submissions Open!

This evening, we are delighted to launch the second issue of Paper Lanterns!

We are delighted to have readings from several contributors from issue two, including Agata Tryhubczak, Caoimhe Weakliam, Bea Rae, Lauren Simone Blanchard, Lucy Hood, Evangeline Henry, Sadbh Kellett, Molly McDonagh, Daniel Fergus Tamulonis, Darcey Dugan, Niamh O’Donnell, and Jennifer Gouck.

Launch of Issue 1 – Thank You!
